- The 2011 District X Founders Day will be held at Southshore Harbour Country Club in League City, October 8th. If you are interested in attending and riding in a carpool to League City, send your $22.00 to Coni Skidmore before Sept. 30th. However, if you decide to attend after Sept. 30th the lunch and registration fee will be $25.00.
- Rita Cundieff will be heading up the annual Pecan Sales in October, and members will be getting their fliers and information around Sept. 12th.
- Mini Scholarship applications for workshops are available on line or you can get them from Coni, due by Oct. 15. If you are interested in continuing your degree, you can turn in the application for the Regional Professional Development Scholarship that is due Jan. 15th.
